Because all of our tournament expenses are now set, we are unable to process refunds for withdrawals after May 1, 2011.
If an unforeseen situation arises and you need to withdraw and wish to request a refund, please write the tournament director

cnky2011@tenniscincinnati.net and explain your request for a refund. We are also unable to replace a paid registration with a free entry
certificate after May 1, 2011. Thank you.
